About Us

CrieffAED emerged out of a chance meeting between two our committee in Remake. Katrina explained she was aware of a number of near misses recently and was worried that due to a lack of available defrilators others may not be so lucky.

Saving lives in the Crieff area

CrieffAED has been set up to save lives in the Crieff area. We aim to locate defibrillators across Crieff so that no matter where you are a defibrillator should be near to use. We will also arrange training on the use of defibs and CPR in the coming months.

John Prichard MBE

John is currently a Senior Paramedic with the Scottish Air Ambulance. He is also an official with BASICs Scotland who provide emergency response services. He has contacts with the Scottish Ambulance Service.
